Specialty Coffee

Coffees at their peak, grown at the perfect altitude, at the correct time of the year, in the best soil conditions and then picked at just the right time.

MILD

Lovely bright flavours of plum, almond and cinnamon with subtle berry undertones and a pleasant crisp acidity. The lightest roast in our collection is delicate, refined, and ideal for those who prefer their coffee to have a milder flavour profile. This roast is recommended for pour-over and drip coffee brewing.

The specialty beans that fill each bag of Mild coffee have been sourced from the Lintong Region. This area of Sumatra is very well known for its premium specialty coffee as well as the natural beauty of Lake Toba

MEDIUM

Complex, full-bodied, and aromatic. The tasting notes of our Medium coffee are that of milk chocolate and brown sugar with a subtle hazelnut finish.

The specialty beans selected for our Medium roast coffee have been naturally grown and hand-picked in East Java near Mount Kawi.

STRONG

The dark roasting of our Strong coffee brings out the sugar cane, semisweet dark chocolate, and caramel flavours. The full intensity of this roast makes it ideal for espresso drinks and will go very well with milk or cream.

We have sourced these specialty coffee beans from Ijen Blue Mountain in Java, located near the Raung Volcano.
